It’s official, Champions! End

On the evening of July 23th, Nintendo held the launch of the dream, and its brand-new work, The Dreams: Champions, was officially released. This is a “core dream” battle game for optimization of the mobile end, which is currently under development and is expected to land on the Android, iOS and Nintendo Switch platforms in 2026.

Champions is produced by Game Freak, a developer of the classic Pompo Dream Series, and is in charge of its development. This will focus on the dream-to-war system, with players opting for two forms of one-on-one/two-on-one, while providing three models of arcade ranking, leisure and private combat.

According to officially published information, Dreams: Champions will preserve the whole of the classics of attribute restraint, identity systems, skills mechanisms, etc., and the experience of fighting will be carried over to the work of the official. The Dojo battlefields are visible in the posters, and a sense of strategy and operation will be at the core. It’s exciting to support the cross-platform fight, to have more access to the dream HOME system, where players can dream of new battles with other works.

Players can experience a dream day free of charge through “temporary recruitment” or “permanent recruitment” and training using Victory Points (VP). VPs can be obtained through activities such as ranking battles, which are used to adjust dreamable attributes (EVs), skills and attributes and to simplify the cumbersome process of developing traditional games.

In addition, Nintendo referred to it as “aiming to make more players enjoy war fun”, although the specific aspect of the game is currently unknown. In general, this game is an ideal choice for a lover. – Pure and focused experience with war is its essence.

Through mobile end-to-end extension and cross-platform support, Chempions has limited the break-up of the traditional dream game to the Nintendo mainframe. According to Serebii.net, the game is designed to “more players enjoy the core combat experience” and attract the 1 billion mobile end-users of the Dream Go to VGC style.
